No. 31 of 2022 filed by the opposite party-husband in the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Khordha along with a memo. The same be kept on record. This application has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 24 of CPC for transfer of C.P. No. 31 of 2022 filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act by the opposite party-husband in the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Khordha, to the learned Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh. Mr. Amitav Tripathy, learned counsel for the petitioner-wife wants to withdraw this TRP(C) with liberty to file a better application.
