This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this CMP seeks for a direction to learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chandikhole for early disposal of C.S. No.77 of 2017.

In course of hearing, Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the suit is presently at the stage of recording of evidence of the parties. He further submits that there is no legal impediment for early disposal of the suit. 4.

Since it is submitted by Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner that recording of the witnesses in the suit is going on, I am not inclined to entertain this CMP at this stage. Parties may cooperate with learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chandikhole for early disposal of the suit.

This CMP is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
