Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.
This writ petition involves a challenge to the order at Annexure-4 being initiated by opposite party no.4. Looking to the nature of notice at Annexure-4, this Court finds in the event of initiation of demarcation proceeding and petitioner is likely to be affected in undertaking such exercise, has every right to participate in such proceeding. In the process, in disposal of writ petition this Court observes provided the proceeding in Demarcation Case No.52 of 2022 is still pending, the competent authority shall also involve the petitioner in undertaking demarcation process.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
