1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department.

3. This is an application for correction of the typographical errors in the judgment dated 2nd September, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.17614/2016. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in Paragraph Nos.5 and 15 of the Judgment, instead of the date "1.3.2012.", the date "1.3.2013." has been

// 2 // inadvertently mentioned. Similarly, in Paragraph-10(i) the date "13.6.2019" has been wrongly mentioned as "13.6.1991" and in Paragraph-14 instead of the date "29.7.2016" the date "29.4.2016" has been inadvertently mentioned.

4. In view of the submissions as above, the prayer made in the application is allowed. It is directed that in Paragraph Nos.5 and 15 of the Judgment, the date "1.3.2013" be deleted and in its place the date "1.3.2012", be substituted and in Paragraph10(i) the date "13.6.1991" be deleted and in its place the date "13.6.2019" be substituted and in Paragraph-14 the date "29.4.2016" be deleted and in its place the date "29.7.2016" be substituted.

5. Office is directed to carry out the corrections. Certified copy be corrected accordingly, if submitted .

6. The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.
