The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 8th April, 2022 passed in Execution Case No. 12 of 2017, whereby learned Judge, Family Court, Jharsuguda refused to entertain the prayer of the Petitioner to take up Guardianship Case No.4 of 2020 along with the aforesaid execution case. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with a prayer to direct learned Judge, Family Court, Jharsuguda for early disposal of Execution Case No. 12 of 2017.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

The Petitioner is at liberty to move learned Judge, Family Court, Jharsuguda for early disposal of Execution Case No. 12 of 2017.
