Learned counsel for the State-Vigilance submits that the petitioner who is an accused in G.R.(Vigilance) Case No. 13 of 2008 of the Court of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhawanipatna has been convicted in the trial but he has challenged the acceptance of Exhibit33 in the evidence and, therefore, the CRLMC has become infructuous. 4.
