1. This is an application under Sec.439 Cr.P.C. for bail and the offences alleged are under Secs.302/34, I.P.C.

2. Heard Mr. S.R. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as Mr. K. Das, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioners that they are inside custody since 12.7.2019 and in the meantime eight witnesses have been examined in course of trial. It is further submitted that there is no evidence against the Petitioners regarding commission of murder of the deceased. Neither any eye-witness is there nor any circumstance point out their guilty.

4. Upon hearing Mr. K. Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite Party and considering the statements of the witnesses as well as the evidences so far adduced in course of trial, it is directed to release the Petitioners

on bail in connection with Bari-Ramchandrapur P.S. Case No.171/2019 corresponding to C.T. (Sessions) No.4/2020 on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned Sessions Judge, Jajpur as he deems just and proper.

5. The BLAPL is disposed of.

6. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
