This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The limited grievance of the Petitioner is that his application filed under Section 22 of the Orissa Land Reforms (OLR) Act before the Sub-Collector, Sonepur since 2021 is yet to be disposed of.

It is submitted that the Petitioner being a person belonging to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) community desires to sell his property to a non-Scheduled Tribe person as he requires money to meet his own medical expenses. Such application has been registered as Revenue Misc. Case No.29 of 2021 in the Court of Sub-Collector, Sonepur and even though necessary notice has been issued in the said application, the matter is yet to be disposed of.

Considering the innocuous prayer of the Petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Sub-Collector, Sonepur to dispose of Rev. Misc. No.29 of 2021, filed by the Petitioner, namely, Kabiraj Majhi under Section 22 of the OLR

Act within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
