1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard.
3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to the opposite party No.1 to regularise his service period with effect from 01.04.2001 till 10.11.2003 and disburse the arrear salary. In such view of the matter, the petitioner has also filed a representation before the opposite party No.1- Principal Secretary, School and Mass Education Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar and the said representation is still pending.
4. In view of pendency of such representation, the opposite party No.1- Principal Secretary, School and
// 2 // Mass Education Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order keeping in view the Annexures-13 series and 16, within a period of one month from the date of production/presentation of certified copy of this order along with a copy of this Writ Petition.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
