This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is the third journey of the petitioner who is Jogan Sahayak to this Court.

As evident from the recitals in the writ petition, the petitioner had moved this Court earlier in W.P. (C) Nos.12477 of 2018 and 17281 of 2018 and by orders dated 26.07.2018 and 7.12.2018, this Court had directed for consideration of the grievance of the petitioner therein relating to her non-engagement and also not being provided with employment commensurate with her post.

It is submitted that though in the meanwhile her earlier grievances have been redressed but the petitioner is not being paid her salary in spite of her representations dated 17. 06.2021 and 10.05.2022. The representation dated 10.05.2022 is stated to have

been sent by Registered post and receipt in evidence thereof ison record.

Taking into account the grievance of the petitioner, this Court directs that the Block Development Authority (O.P.No.4) and her immediate administrative authority, i.e., the Civil Supplies Officer, Mayurbhanj (O.P. No.3) to consider the grievance of the petitioner relating to non-payment of emoluments due and admissible and communicate the decision taken on the representation at Annexure-6 series within a period of six weeks hence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to submit a copy of the writ petition along with the order of this Court to facilitate the authorities to take a decision within time stipulated. 8.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 9.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
