This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.3 to consider forthwith for payment of gratuity under the principle of Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 in accordance with the order of the Govt. under Annexure-4 along with interest. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.3 vide Annexure-4 and direction be given to consider the same within a stipulated time. 5.

In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the Petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the Opposite Party

// 2 // No.3 to consider and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
