Taking into account the nature of the allegation and the contraband seized, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application for bail, the same is accordingly stands dismissed.

It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer before the Court in seisin over the matter, who shall consider it afresh without being influenced that the dismissal of this bail application.

The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of. 6.
