This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 06.07.2022.

After going through the averments taken in the interim application and on hearing the learned counsel for the State, it is observed that the learned Court below shall do well to dispose of the bail application on the date of surrender itself, if there is no other impediment and date of surrender as per the order dated 06.07.2022 is extended till 23.12.2022. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted

The rest part of the orders dated 06.07.2022 remain unaltered.

With the aforesaid modification, the I.A. is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
