Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the Petitioner's claim based on Annexure-1 series and there is no response to the Petitioner in spite of repeated Pleader Notice, this Court since finds, a decision is required to be taken by the B.D.O., Harabhanga, O.P.3, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs O.P.3 to consider the request of the Petitioner involving the balance payment arising out of the deal between the Petitioner and the Public Authority, vide Annexure-1, if any.
