This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction for early disposal of CP No.920 of 2018 pending before learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar.

Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Opposite Party has already entered appearance and filed her written statement. Due to her non-cooperation, the conciliation could not be held as yet in the matter. As such, the Petitioner is highly prejudiced for non-disposal of the civil proceeding. 4.

Taking into consideration the submission of Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner and on perusal of order sheet, it appears that the conciliation in the matter has not yet been completed. As such, this Court is not in a position to issue direction for early disposal of CP No.920 of 2018. It is, however, observed that the Petitioner is at liberty to file an application for early disposal of the civil proceeding stating the grounds therein after the matter becomes ready for hearing, and

// 2 // in that event, learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar shall do well to consider the said petition for early disposal of the proceeding and do the needful. Parties are directed to cooperate learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar for early disposal of CP No.920 of 2018.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
