This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for extension of the date of surrender of the petitioner in the learned Court below pursuant to the order dated 13.07.2022.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respective parties and the averments taken in the interim application, the date of surrender of the petitioner is extended till 25th August 2023. The rest part of the order dated 13.07.2022 remains unaltered. It is made clear that no further extension of date of surrender shall be granted to the petitioner. I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
