This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.1116 of 2020 arising out of S.T. Case No.05/03/2021, pending on the files of learned CJM-cum-Assistant Sessions Judge, Sundargarh corresponding to Lephripada P.S. Case No.140 of 2020, under Sections 395 of IPC read with Section 25 of the Arms Act and is in custody since 15.09.2020.

Taking into account that trial has already been commenced, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Application at this stage. 5.

Keeping in view that the petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2020, this Court directs the trial to be expedited. 6.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
