Instant I.A. is filed for extension of time for the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below in compliance of the Court's direction dated 31st October, 2022 in CRLMC No.1499 of 2022.

For the reasons stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 3.

Consequently, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Nayagarh on or before 10th May, 2023 in connection with T.R. Case No.14 of 2020 in compliance of the order dated 31st October, 2022 of this Court in CRLMC No.1499 of 2022.

Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 5.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
