Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to rectify the Plot number in the registered sale deed executed by Opposite Party No.3-Laxmi Dei in his favour.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to take appropriate steps before Sub-Registrar, Bhandaripokhari for rectification of the deed of registration.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
