This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.10 of 2022, on the files of learned J.M.F.C., at Saintala of Bolangir District, arising out of Saintala P.S. Case No.12 of 2022 under Sections 457/395 of the IPC read with Section 25 of the Arms Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Titilagarh, by order dated 21.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Considering the identification of the petitioner in the T.I. parade and his criminal antecedent as noted by the learned court in seisin over the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage.

It shall be open to the petitioner to move this Court at a later stage after examination of the material witnesses.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
