Heard Mr. B. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Prajna Sarita Mohanty, learned counsel for the opp. party. 3.

In this application, the petitioner-wife has prayed for transfer of C.M.C. No.125 of 2022 filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 from the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Khordha at Bhubaneswar to the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Jeypore.

Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the filing of the earlier application in TRPCRL No.27 of 2022 could not be mentioned the certificate in the present TRPCRL. He further submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw this TRPCRL in order to file a review application in TRPCRL No.27 of 2022 and will file a memo to that effect in course of the day.

Considering the above submissions, the TRPCRL is dismissed as withdrawn.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
