Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2022 in connection with Junagarh P.S. Case No.134 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.131 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Junagarh for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 379/120(B)/413/34 of IPC. 4.
It is submitted that the petitioner was implicated on the basis of the statement of the co-accused, namely, Manas Ranjan Sarab. No one is named in the FIR and after apprehension of the said Manas Ranjan Sarab, he is said to have disclosed the name of the present petitioner. 5.
Considering the submissions as above and the materials on record, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case
without fail. Further he shall appear before the IIC of Golamunda Police Station on every month at 10 a.m. for a period of six months and such fact shall be certified by the IIC to the concerned Court once in every month.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
