This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The above I.A. has been filed by the opposite party nos.2 & 3 for extension of time to comply with the order dated 24.06.2022.

It appears from the order sheet that on 02.12.2022, this Court has disposed of the I.A. But inadvertently, in the said order it has been observed that the CRLMP be listed on 4th of January, 2023, while vide order dated 24.06.2022, the CRLMP has already been disposed of.

In such view of the matter, Paragraph-6 of the order dated 02.12.2022 be deleted. Since the I.A. has already been disposed of, no further order need be necessary to pass in the
// 2 // said I.A.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date the investigation has not been completed.

In such background, this Court directs the investigating officer to complete the investigation as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today. amit (Dr. S.K. Panigrahi) Judge
