1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. T.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. B.K. Pardhi, learned counsel for the Opp. Party.
3. This transfer Petition has been filed seeking transfer of MAT Case No. 63 of 2022 pending in the Court learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Karanjia to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court at Rourkela.
4. Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the present transfer Petition has been filed by the wife seeking transfer of the matter. Mr. Padhi, learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Party fairly submitted that the Opp. Party has no objection, if the matter to transfer to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Rourkela.
5. In view of such concession given by Mr. Padhi, the prayer as made in the transfer Petition is allowed. Learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Karanjia is directed to transfer MAT Case No. 63 of
// 2 // 2022 to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court at Rourkela forthwith on receipt of this order.
6. The transfer Petition is disposed of.
