Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No. 93 of 2022 arising out of Jashipur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Jashipur for the alleged commission of offence under Section 376(1)(n)/376(2)(n)/506/34 of the I.P.C. and Sec.66 & 67(A) of the I.T. Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Karanjia by Order dtd.19.05.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that while filing the Charge-Sheet on 17.07.2022, the offences relating to I.T. Act have been deleted.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim. 7.
Considering the tenor of 164 Cr.P.C. statement and the medical report of the victim, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

The BLAPL thus stands disposed of.
