Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to press this petition with liberty to raise all such contentions as available to him before the Court below challenging the merit of the proceeding under Section 125 of Cr.P.C..

In view of such submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this CRLMC stands disposed of being not pressed with the liberty sought for.
