Heard Mr. A. Sahoo, the petitioner in person and Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

Mr. Nanda submits that in the meantime, on the strength of the prayer made by the Investigating Officer to replace the name of accused No.3 in Khuntuni P.S. Case No.145 of 2022 by Sumanta Jena, younger son of accused Pabitra Jena, the same has been allowed by the learned S.D.J.M., Athagarh on 17.08.2022 in C.T. Case No.359 of 2022. In such background, Mr. Sahoo does not want to proceed further in the matter. 3.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
