This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 23.07.2005 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara in G.R. Case No.733 of 2005 wherein the learned S.D.J.M has taken cognizance for commission of the offence under Sections 498A/506/406/34 IPC and Section 4 of the D.P Act. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in this matter.

In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter.
