This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Under the facts and circumstances of the case, this Hon'ble Court be kind enough to direct the Opp. Party to accept the tax for the vehicle Regd. No.OD-04-J-4356 (Truck) and also allow transfer of ownership permit and fitness certificate and not insisting penalty is concerned as per the decision of this Hon'ble Court and also passed an appropriate order in accordance with law;

And for this act of kindness the Petitioner, as in duty bound, shall ever pray."
