Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves an allegation of non-disposal of Demarcation Misc. Case No.1161/2019 also registered as Demarcation Case No.16/2020.

Considering the long pendency of the Demarcation Case, this Court finds, if there is no otherwise convenience, all attempts should be taken to dispose of Demarcation Misc. Case No.1161/2019 (Demarcation Case No.16/2020) at last within a period of two months but however involving all the Parties likely to be affected.
