Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
2.
The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "The Petitioner, therefore, most humbly prays that keeping in view of the aforesaid fact and circumstances into the consideration this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to dispose of the Writ Petition directing Opp.Party No.1 not to permit Opp.Party Nos.2 & 3 to transfer or alienate any further land in favour of the 3rd Party till the land in question is put to partition among the legal heirs.
And issue any Order or Orders and direction as this Hon'ble Court deemed fit and proper the fact circumstance of the case."
3.
This Court finds, there is repeated filing of unnecessary litigation in this Court. Taking into consideration the experience in the Bar by Mr.Joshi, learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court finds surprise in the advice of Mr.S.K.Joshi in bringing such
