1. The original direction of this Court is only to consider and dispose of the Petitioner's representation. The grievance however is that the revised scale of pay has been granted from a particular date which is later that the date from which the Petitioner ought to have been paid the amount.

2. As pointed out by Mr. Muduli, learned counsel appearing for the Contemnors there is no specific direction by this Court that the scale of pay had to paid from a certain date. This being a fresh cause of action, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek other appropriate remedies as may be available to the Petitioner in accordance with law.

3. The contempt petition is disposed of.
