This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 20.03.2010 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Dharamgarh in ICC No.36 of 2009 wherein the learned S.D.J.M has taken cognizance under Section 420 IPC against him. 3.

None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called. None also appears on behalf of the Opposite Party in spite of the valid service of notice.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 5.

However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to raise all the points at the time of framing of charge, if so advised. 6.
