None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 3.
This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Under the facts and circumstances of the case this Hon'ble Court be kind enough to direct the Opposite Party to accept the tax for the vehicle Regd. No.OD-35-2526 (Truck) and also allow transfer of ownership permit and fitness certificate and not insisting penalty is concerned as per the decision of this Hon'ble Court and also passed an appropriate order in accordance with law;
And for this act of kindness the petitioner, as in duty bound, shall ever pray."

Mr. Behera, learned Standing Counsel for the Transport Department is present. He submits that a copy of the writ petition has not been served.

In view of the above, this Court feels that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the writ petition.
