This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of transfer dated 21.04.2022 under Annexure-4.

It is stated that the said order is against the transfer policy for RRB officers and employees under Annexure-5 dated 09.10.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ventilating his grievances, he will file the representation before the Utkal Grameen Bank, Bolangiropposite party no.1 within a period of one week from today.

Considering the submissions made and without going into the merits of the case, if such representation is filed within a week hence, the same shall be considered giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and necessary decision shall be taken within a

// 2 // period of two weeks thereafter and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, this petition is disposed of.
