Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for Petitioner that service of notice on the parties in Mutation Case No.161 of 2020 is already made sufficient and there is unnecessary pendency of the Mutation Case No.161 of 2020, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Tahasildar, Baripada to dispose of the Mutation Case No.161 of 2020 at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
