This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in T.R. Case No.195 of 2021 arising out of Banapur P.S. Case No.131 of 2021, pending on the files of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, under Sections 354-A/354-D/341/506 of IPC read with Section 12 of POCSO Act and is in custody since 12.04.2021. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District & Sesions Judge, Bhubaneswer, by order dated 18.05.2021 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the Case Diary which prima facie indicate that there is no overt act relating to Section 354-A and the related Sections qua the petitioner. Keeping in view such recitals in the Case Diary and taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel, this Court

directs that the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the court in seisin of the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
