On his own submission of Mr. Routray, learned counsel for the Petitioner, the R.P. No.508 of 2021 has not been admitted as of now.

Considering the submission made by Mr. Routray, learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioner files a memo for early admission of the R.P. No.508 of 2021 before the Competent Authority and there is no defect in R.P. No.508 of 2021, the same shall be entertained and the R.P. No.508 of 2021 shall be taken up for fresh admission forthwith. 3.
