This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with Mohana P.S. Case No. 19 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 4 of 2021 pending on the file of learned Special Judge-cum-Addl. Sessions Judge, Paralakhemundi, Gajapti, for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 363/366/376-DA/506 of the I.P.C. read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s 439 Cr. P.C. by the learned Special Judge-cum-Addl. Sessions Judge, Paralakhemundi, Gajapati, vide order dated 29.04.2021, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that trial has commenced and four witnesses have already been examined in the meanwhile.

Taking note of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this Stage. The learned court in seisin over the matter is called upon to expedite the trial and conclude same within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order. 7.

It shall be open to the Petitioner to renew his prayer, if the trial is not concluded within the time stipulated. 8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands rejected.
