This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Badampahar P.S. Case No.49 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.579 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Rairangpur for alleged commission of offences under sections 420/467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case where the accusation against the petitioner is that he produced the forged educational documents at the time of his appointment as

// 2 // Anganwadi worker. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the meantime, the petitioner has already been removed from his service. In view of the available material on record and the nature and gravity of the accusation against the petitioner, while not inclining to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner to surrender and move for bail in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, in the event of which the learned Courts below shall dispose of the same in accordance with law expeditiously and proviso to section 437(1) Cr.P.C. shall be taken into account at the time of adjudication of the bail application. The case records shall be made available to the Court concerned.

The ABLAPL stands disposed of.
