Considering the request for admission of R.C. No.88 of 2022 pending before the Commissioner Consolidation & Settlement, Orissa, Cuttack, in the event petitioner has removed the defect involved therein, if any, the petitioner is permitted to file a memo for admission of the matter at least within a period of one week hence, in such event the Commissioner Consolidation & Settlement, Orissa, Cuttack is directed to undertake the admission exercise at least within a period of one week thereafter.
