Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and during the course of submission learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the petitioner has a criminal antecedent of similar nature in as much as he is an accused in Digapahandi P.S. Case No.41 dated 27.02.2019 on the file of District and Sessions Judge, Berhampur, Ganjam, under Section 302/307/120(B) and 34 of IPC and read with Sections 25/27 of Arms Act.

Taking into such submission this Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

The BLAPL accordingly stands dismissed.
