This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

The Petitioners having been implicated in connection with Harichandanpur P.S. Case No.58 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.789 of 2020 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Keonjhar for alleged commission of offence under Section-452/294/323/427 /506/307/34 of the IPC, have filed this application under Section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for their release on bail in the event of their arrest in the aforesaid case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioners and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in the above mentioned case within three weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
