Considering the request for admission of R.P. Case No.155 of 2022 pending before the Commissioner, Consolidation & Settlement, Orissa, Cuttack, in the event petitioner has removed the defect involved therein, if any, the petitioner is permitted to file a memo for admission of the matter at least within a period of one week hence, in such event the Commissioner, Consolidation & Settlement, Orissa, Cuttack is directed to undertake the admission exercise at least within a period of two weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
