2. In this writ petition, the Petitioners have assailed the order dated 23.06.2014 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.1956 (C) of 2011.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No.16509 of 2014 (Government of Orissa and others v. Hemanta Kumar Panda and others and batch), which has been disposed of vide judgment dated 29.03.2017 by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 29.03.2017 passed in W.P.(C) No.16509 of 2014 (Government of Orissa and others v. Hemanta Kumar Panda and others and batch), this Writ Petition stands allowed in terms of the said judgment. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
