Mr. Panigrahi, learned advocate appears on behalf of alleged contemner and submits, his client had filed affidavit dated 28th March, 2022. In it, inter alia, following has been said. "2.That the Opp. Party is ready and willing to allot to the petitioner 2 shop rooms out of 3 shop rooms constructed for the purpose as prayed for in another writ petition vide W.P.(C) No.4539 of 2017 and this Hon'ble Court as an interim measure has directed to reserve 2 shop room and not to allot the shop rooms.

3. That the petitioner has not made payment for the said shop rooms and if the petitioner is ready and

// 2 // willing to pay the requisite balance amount for the shop rooms, the Opp. Party shall hand over the shop rooms in his favour."

Mr. Nanda, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant. On query from Court he submits, his client will put in the balance amount for the allotments. His client will pay within seven days. The allotments should thereafter be made within two weeks. Mr. Panigrahi is on notice that balance payment and allotments, submitted by applicant as to be done, will result in complete compliance, on assurance of which this contempt application is disposed of. 3.
