Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner so also learned Counsel for the State.

A prayer has been made in this Writ Petition to direct the Opposite Party No.3 i.e. Steel Authority of India Ltd, Rourkela Steel Plant, Rourkela, represented through its Chief Executive Officer, to provide employment to the son of the Petitioner in Rourkela Steel Plant, as displaced person within a stipulated time frame, so also direct the Opposite Party No.3 to take appropriate action against the Opposite Party Nos.4 and 5 for committing fraud to get employment as displaced person falsely projecting them as the sons of late Jethu Tanty, who is the father of the present Petitioner. 4.

In course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner makes a submission that ventilating his grievances the lawyer of the Petitioner has given a detailed Notice dated 04.08.2014, as at Annexure-6, with enclosures addressed to the Opposite Party No.3, which is pending for consideration since 2014 and the Writ Petition

be disposed of directing the Opposite Party No.3 to act on the said legal Notice, within a stipulated time frame. 5.

In view of such submission made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.3 i.e. Chief Executive Officer, Rourkela Steel Plant, Rourkela, to take appropriate action based on the said legal Notice dated 04.08.2014 as at Annexure-6, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication/production of the certified copy of this Order. 6.

Petitioner is directed to communicate the certified copy of the Order of this Court along with a copy of the Writ Petition to the Opposite Party No.3 within two weeks hence, enabling him to do the needful in terms of the direction given by this Court within the stipulated time frame.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. 8.

Urgent certified copy of this Order be granted on proper application.
