This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with C.T. Case No.3095 of 2022 arising out of Sahidnagar P.S. Case No.230 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for alleged commission of offences under section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act, 1908.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that the petitioners nos.1, 2 and 4 have got two criminal antecedents and petitioner no.3 has got one criminal antecedent. The instruction is taken on record.
In view of such criminal antecedents, while not inclining to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, it is observed that in the event the petitioners surrender and move for bail in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by the learned Courts below in accordance with law expeditiously. The case records shall be made available to the Court concerned for adjudication of the bail application.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
