This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the Order No.
nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Khandapada P.S. Case No.168 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.163 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Khandapada, within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further conditions that the Petitioner will appear before the IIC, Khandapada P.S. every Monday in between 10 am to 2 pm for a period of next three months; will not indulge themselves in commission of similar offences. Violation of any of the condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
