1. The Court is not impressed with the prayers in the present PIL which was filed way back in 1st July, 2020 and has not been brought up for hearing even once till now.

2. The grievance of the Petitioners is about construction of a 'Gramya Rasta' over what they consider to be Gochar and Jalasaya lands in village Diniari. The Petitioners appear to be residents of the same village. Clearly there is a difference of view among the villagers as regards the road constructed. Counsel for the Petitioners was not able to inform the Court what the current status of the road is. In all probability, the laying of the road in question has already been completed.

3. Consequently, at this stage, the Court is not inclined to interfere.

4. The writ petition is dismissed.
